The HydraGen™ product is design to produce hydrogen gas on-demand by using an advance patent pending electrolysis system. This gas production system uses distilled water as a ‘Fuel’ that is added to an electrolyte of Potassium Hydroxide used to produce clean plentiful gas for injection to the engine. After the gas is produced it is fed to special gas conditioning system that will separate out any moisture and send ‘dry’ gas to the output lines and onto the engine.

HydraGen™ Interior

HydraGen™ Product
A large reservoir of water is contained in the cab with an easy fill cap for charging of the system. This reservoir of water has an automatic on-demand solenoid that allows the HydraGen™ to top up its own tanks as water is used for the production of hydrogen. The reservoir is designed to handle a deep freeze should the truck be stored in a cold climate and can return to full function after a short warm up in the truck cabin. The rest of the HydraGen™ systems are housed in a strong light weight aluminum cabinet mounted to the outside of the vehicle. This is designed for all weather operation and can produce gas in the highs of summer and lows of winter.
The complete system runs directly from the vehicles power system providing for high electrical efficient and is off when the truck key is off or the HydraGen™ unit has an independent on-off switch on the cabinet should isolation be necessary.
The HydraGen™ electrolysis unit is further protected by a 30 amp fuse.
The HydraGen™ Product Includes:
- Computer health monitoring system
- Captured seals on the hermetically sealed hydrogen reactor
- Advanced reactor design with maximum efficiency electrode plates (max gas-min amps)
- Thermal compensation bolting system
- All PVC plumbing constructions with plastic weld joints
- Solid state liquid level sensing
- Solid state leak detection sensor
- Stainless steel liquid containment pan
- Light weight aluminum housing
- Threaded thru way for all gas and liquid connections on housing
- Advanced gas calibration system for trimming truck performance
- Ability to monitor truck engine controls to provide automated gas calibration
The Electrolysis system produces on-demand hydrogen and oxygen for use onboard a transport vehicle and precludes the need to store dangerous quantities of compressed hydrogen gas onboard any moving vehicle.

Test of Hydrogen Gas Injection Technology on Fleet Vehicles
Currently transport trucks are benefiting from increased fuel mileage through the use of controlled injection of hydrogen gas into diesel engines. This technology was developed using scientific research that incorporated specific test equipment designed to carefully meter hydrogen and oxygen gas for injection to diesel engines. It has been shown that diesel engines benefit from fumigation of the intake air resulting in increase mileage without increase in harmful exhaust emissions and in some cases emissions are reduced. Through the use of special test equipment, Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. is able to inject a variety of gas mixtures into a diesel engine while monitoring for mileage and exhaust emission to find the exact “recipe” for a specific engine truck combination. After the specific gas ratios are discovered a permanent installation of a product called HydraGen™ will provide gas using electrolysis in a safe and reliable manner.
It has been through this process of Research and Development (R&D) that Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. is able to Design, Develop and Manufacture a Patent Pending product known as the HydraGen™. It is also the catalyst in supporting R&D into additional industries such as Marine, Rail, Transit, Mining and large earth moving equipment.
